this recipe from Gourmet magazine. I did add some
Field Roast sausages though, because I knew I would hear about it if I didn't. I served it with roasted brussels sprouts and toasted wheat bread with my guilty pleasure -
provel cheese. Sorry about the unattractive squareness of it.

I loved it. He said it needed more spice. So could add some fennel seeds or whatever they usually put in sausage.
